Job Purpose

We seek a Strategic Planning Analyst to optimize the deployment and utilization of our operational resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and facilities. This role is vital for ensuring efficient operations, cost management, and project success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in resource planning, process improvement, and operations analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Model, analyze, and evaluate operational data to identify root causes affecting asset deployment and service delivery.
2. Develop prescriptive operational improvement plans through advanced business analysis.
3. Implement strategic, data-driven approaches to resource allocation, supporting decision-making.
4. Create dashboards and reports for operational stakeholders.
5. Provide trend and anomaly reports to Strategy, CTO, and Delivery departments.
6. Coordinate efforts to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in resource planning or operations management.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced modeling tools (preferred).
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
