Job summary

Walk-In Media is seeking a Planning Account Manager to contribute to the media planning process for a diverse client group. You will oversee day-to-day client relationships, coordinate with the planning, strategy and media specialists, and report directly to the Business Director.

You will bring a few years’ experience in a media agency, strong planning knowledge across offline and online channels, and solid skills with planning tools such as Nielsen and YouGov.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in a media agency.
• Foundational knowledge of planning across offline and online channels.
• Experience using planning tools such as Nielsen, YouGov, TGI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client accounts, acting as frontline contact across channels.
• Coordinate with media specialists and planning/strategy teams.
• Oversee budgets, ensure timely reconciliation and accurate billing.
• Lead and develop an Account Executive, with regular 1:1s and progression discussions.
