Job summary

Accenture is seeking a high-calibre leader for its Partners in Performance team in Europe. You will lead engagements, coach and manage a team of Senior Associates, and deliver end-to-end performance improvement projects across industries.

You will apply outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, drive tough commercial targets, and work closely with client partners to achieve measurable results while shaping the path for ambitious consultants' development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic results.
• Strong quantitative background in engineering, commerce, economics or math/science.
• MBA would be an advantage.
• Experience leading teams of Senior Associates/Analysts.
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior consultants.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
