Job summary

Accenture seeks an Associate in the Partners in Performance team to act as a frontline change agent, delivering rigorous data analysis and providing the fact base used by improvement teams for real-time decisions. You will coach client analysts and line managers, drive prioritisation, and support idea owners to realise benefits while ensuring sustained improvements beyond engagements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with a quantitative focus and excellent results (distinction average).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics.
• Demonstrated passion for results.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly under pressure and present insights visually.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coach client analysts and line managers, building relationships across the client site.
• Provide rigour and accuracy to the improvement effort.
• Facilitate prioritisation of improvement opportunities and use root cause analysis for issues.
• Support client idea owners with technical and analytical support to ensure ideas succeed.
• Validate benefit streams and ensure they are realised by implemented ideas.
• Develop leadership skills to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the client organisation.
