ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Performance Accountant in Glasgow (Hybrid). You will support monthly results, forecasts and budgets, delivering detailed analysis to drive informed decision-making and business performance.

The role emphasizes strong governance, financial controls and continuous improvement across finance and operations. The position offers a competitive salary from £46,400 with up to 10% bonus and private medical cover, reflecting a permanent contract

Qualifications

• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver against challenging deadlines.
• Experience of financial controls, governance and spend management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly results, forecasts, budgets and long-term plans.
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities and provide practical recommendations.
