Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded People Development Expert to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for a senior HR, Talent, or L&D professional who is passionate about developing others and shaping the future of people leadership. You will play a key role in delivering a prestigious, accredited development programme designed to support professionals working in or aspiring to senior HR and people development roles.
