Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development within a complex organisation.
• Substantial experience in providing employee relations advice on complex people matters.
• Experience supporting complex organisational change and workforce planning programmes.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with workforce data, staff engagement insights, and organisational performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce and organisational priorities.
• Support service redesign, workforce modernisation and organisational change programmes.
• Use workforce intelligence and people analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve organisational performance
• Provide expert workforce, organisational development, and employee relations advice on complex people matters
