• Strong analytical ability for evaluation and recommendations.
• Experience with TUPE and COSOP staff transfer implications.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to managing stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as a specialist advisor for the Water Reform programme.
• Oversee pension requirements for the Water Reform programme.
• Liaise with Pension Scheme Actuaries and legal advisors.
• Contribute to cost modelling for Target Operating Models.
