Job summary

FedBucks Ltd is seeking a PCN Operations & Workforce Lead to drive operational delivery of PCN services, workforce development, project implementation and performance monitoring across Buckinghamshire practices. You will work with the Clinical Director, PCN Manager and Practice Managers to optimise workforce deployment and ensure priorities align with local and national objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of operational management within healthcare, primary care, NHS or a comparable environment.
• Experience of workforce planning, coordination or resource management.
• Experience of leading projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Experience of analysing and interpreting performance data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational delivery of PCN services and programmes.
• Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to improve efficiency across the network.
• Monitor progress against agreed work plans and objectives.
• Identify operational risks and elevate issues appropriately.
• Support service development and quality improvement initiatives across member practices.
• Lead workforce planning activities across the PCN.
• Coordinate deployment and utilisation of ARRS-funded roles.
• Monitor workforce capacity, utilisation and productivity.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Work with practices to identify workforce gaps and opportunities for service improvement.
• Develop workforce reports and recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Support workforce development and training programmes.
• Monitor delivery against PCN contractual requirements and agreed priorities.
• Analyse workforce, activity and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Provide assurance reports to the Clinical Director and PCN Board as required.
• Coordinate the implementation of new services, initiatives and projects.
• Support the delivery of transformation and service redesign programmes.
• Track project milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration between practices and stakeholders to support successful implementation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
