JOB TITLE: Strategic Partnerships Manager - Introducers

SALARY: Starting from £70,929

LOCATIONS: North / South - Location flexible

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites or with clients.

About This Opportunity

This role involves sourcing and onboarding new introducers e.g. payment specialists, trade associations, software vendors, within the merchant acquiring sector. Introducers are individuals or entities that provide ongoing leads to the business by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners .

We're offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed team with huge ambitions. Your role will focus solely on sourcing and onboarding new introducers within the merchant acquiring sector. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with new introducers and affiliates to provide ongoing leads to our business.

You'll use your self-motivation and determination to effectively schedule your own time to meet your varied commitments. You could be drawing on your expert knowledge to deliver presentations, portfolio reviews, and training to key introducers, enabling them to identify and meet their customers' card processing needs.

In this field-based role, every week is different, you'll be out in the field, either virtually or physically, conducting meetings with prospective partners you have identified from your established network. Your excellent communication and business development skills will allow you to guide these customers from initial discussion through to agreement and implementation. Maintaining a dynamic and active pipeline of new business opportunities is a critical requirement. Using your excellent judgement, you'll put the customer at the centre of all activities

What you'll need

An outstanding partner/business development background.

Existing merchant acquiring experience, with specialist knowledge of card acquiring, payments, and data solutions.

An outstanding partner relationship and profit performance record with proven success in negotiating.

Proven experience working with the wider third party payments eco-system.

And any experience of these would be really useful

An up-to-date knowledge of industry-related technical development.

Knowledge of relevant third-party suppliers (e.g. technology) and partners
