Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage and grow key strategic partnerships in the HCM sector across EMEA. The role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and deep understanding of HCM technology and consulting. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is essential to drive revenue growth and partner success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic HCM partners in EMEA.
  2. Partner Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify, source, and negotiate with potential partners.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and optimize partnerships.
  4. Relationship Growth & Maximization: Nurture existing relationships for long-term value.
  5. Process & Framework Development: Establish scalable processes for partnership onboarding and growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years in a sales-focused strategic partnerships role.
  • Solid understanding of HCM, HRIS, and Payroll landscapes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages like French, German, or Spanish are advantageous.

  • Experience in HR, Payroll, or FinTech companies.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
