Key Responsibilities:
  1. Help shape our partnerships strategy and lead the execution of it.
  2. Source, negotiate, and close channel partnerships, from identifying shared-value opportunities to signing agreements.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and grow scalable partnerships that directly impact revenue and new logo acquisition.
  4. Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive maximum value for Antom and our partners.
  5. Build repeatable processes and create a framework to evaluate, onboard, and grow future channel partnerships.
What we are looking for:
  1. Ambitious individual network in the local market who is looking to innovate.
  2. Understanding of payment systems and digital solutions.
  3. Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions and/or payment services to both working-level and senior executive decision-makers.
  4. Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision.
  5. Ability to analyze client needs deeply and provide strategic insights.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
