• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (social sciences, public policy or related) or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience building and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oxford Character Project's strategy for external engagement and impact.
• Build and develop strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across sectors.
• Secure resources from trusts, foundations and philanthropic partners.
• Lead major partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders across academia, government, business and civil society.
