Job description
Microsoft AI is looking to hire a Strategic Partnerships role to help develop and deliver health industry partnerships. In this role, you will be involved in the full spectrum of healthcare go-to-market activities, from supporting strategy development through to hands-on delivery. The role is in-office and London-based.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Support – work closely with executive leaders to develop and validate strategy, thorough deep desk research, financial and data analysis and synthesis. Production of presentation materials to a highly polished level with only high level direction and oversight. Leadership of individual projects from inception through to final delivery.
  • Partnership Development – establish and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams, attend, support and run meetings with internal and external partners. Develop and own individual partner relationships from first contact through to in-market execution.
  • Market Insight – maintain an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities and threats to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Full Stack – by design we will remain a lean founding team (albeit within a much larger org), and as such you will need to be highly self-sufficient, and span from high level strategy through to ground-level execution on a wide range of tasks. This also means you will play a major role in promoting a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications:
