About this role


Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Partnerships Implementation Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic objectives within the UK retail & grocery landscape. Our Strategic Accounts team is critical in building strong partnerships with top brands across the UK. As a Strategic Partnerships Implementation Coordinator, you’ll have the chance to shape meaningful collaborations, support new brand launches, and contribute directly to our growth in the grocery and retail market. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who will have the opportunity to be instrumental in supporting our strategic partnership managers on brand launches, expanding our presence, and driving growth.


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Coordinate brand onboarding and launches for enterprise-level grocery and retail brands
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Managers and Associates to create impactful brand pitch decks
  • Support brands through technical conversations associated with onboarding and going live
  • Support with data and analysis to support partnership managers with the datasets required to help win brand partnerships
  • Responsible for communicating key updates effectively and succinctly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project manage brand partnership rollouts, by being the link between the partnership manager and the various internal teams to ensure a brand launches seamlessly
  • Troubleshoot post-launch issues and work with internal teams to provide prompt solutions
  • Help the Strategic Partnerships Manager review current processes and support with ensuring we’re launching brands in the most smooth and successful way

What will you bring to the table?
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with the confidence to take initiative
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis and storytelling with high attention to detail - experience with Excel/ Google Sheets is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a confident communicator with the ability to manage internal stakeholders
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ideally a passion for the retail and grocery landscape and a strong alignment with Just Eat’s mission to redefine the consumer experience in food and retail.
