Stratford‑upon‑Avon is delivering an ambitious Town Vision through a unique cross‑sector Strategic Partnership involving the Town, District and County Councils, the local MP, the BID, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Stratford Town Trust and other key organisations. The Partnership is entering a pivotal phase, moving from vision‑setting into active delivery and we are seeking a Programme Manager who can bring pace, structure and momentum to this next chapter.

This is a senior, outward‑facing role that blends programme leadership, partnership coordination and funding brokerage. You’ll work directly with CEO‑level stakeholders, elected members and senior officers to turn the Partnership’s priorities into funded, deliverable projects.
