Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager Dental Professional

In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to Philips’s growth in Dental Professional by working with our partners in dentistry as a Strategic Partnership Manager. This role is part of the Western Europe Oral Healthcare (OHC) Professional team and plays a crucial role within the OHC community.

Working with our Oral Healthcare portfolio of Sonicare and Zoom whitening, you will gain broad and valuable experience whilst having the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial thinking.

As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, maximizing the recommendation and penetration of both Sonicare and Zoom in our partners and industry, exploring opportunities with new customers and working closely on strategic projects.

You are responsible for:

1. Achieving the MOR target within each partner
2. Planning, coordinating and delivering strategic projects in line with the overall Dental Professional strategy
3. Actively exploring new business opportunities
4. Negotiating and managing customer joint business plans
5. Managing customer collaborative marketing plans
6. Working closely with the Field Team and Inside Sales to ensure head office agreements are executed with excellence in practices
7. Collaborating with the Customer Demand Planner to ensure forecasts are accurate and meet agreed KPIs
8. Ensuring all account admin is completed on time and in full
9. Effective stakeholder management

You are right for this role if you have the following:

1. Dental industry sales experience essential
2. Drive to maintain and grow relationships collaboratively
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Willingness to travel to customer meetings & conferences
5. Experience in compiling and managing JBP’s
6. Excellent negotiation skills
7. Strong team player

How we work together: This is a hybrid role which means working at our vibrant office in Farnborough (Hampshire) regularly and will also involve regular travel.
