Strategic Partner Manager - Software/Hardware

  • Location: Hybrid Kings Cross 3 days per week
  • Contract length: 12 months with potential to extend to 2 years
  • Salary: £92,000-£101,000

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partner Manager with strong experience in B2B partner operations and data analytics. You'll be responsible for building and managing partner programs that drive growth and efficiency across a high-profile tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute partner programs, tiering, and incentive models
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations across analytics, finance, and operations
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau
  • Provide actionable business insights through data analysis
  • Support pricing, discount, and rebate strategies for hardware/software partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise environments, ideally within tech/hardware/software sectors
  • Strong command of Salesforce is a must have, Excel, Google Sheets; Tableau a plus
  • Proven experience in partner or sales operations
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive structure in a fast-changing environment
