Job summary

Fifty is seeking a Paid Social Performance Manager in London to lead multi-client campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snap, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You will manage budgets from £5k to £150k monthly, map audiences, report insights, and liaise with clients to drive performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of platform changes, and contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious trading team. A Mac, learning budgets and flexible options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Paid Social knowledge across major platforms.
• Experience running highly sophisticated paid social campaigns for multiple clients.
• Experience working with ecommerce clients is a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI tools to support campaign setup and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Creation of sophisticated multi-channel paid social campaigns, including channel selection, forecasting and managing campaign budgets from £5k - £150k per month
• Mapping across prospecting audiences using a library of tribes from the Fifty platform into the social platforms
• Campaign management, optimisation, and reporting, working through every stage of the campaign lifecycle
• Creating, updating client reports and writing commentary to send to clients
• Managing relationships with clients, acting as the primary trader on some accounts and secondary on others
• Client-facing strategy meetings and performance reviews
• Collaborating with Insights, Programmatic, Search and Client Success teams on large campaigns
• Staying up to date with new developments in social media and media at large
