Job summary

Cosmo5, a London-based digital marketing agency, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You will report to the Account Director or Senior Account Manager and be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns, reporting, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leveraging Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, maintaining client relationships and delivering insights. Hybrid working with office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline-driven with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, Bing, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Follow Cosmo5's methodology and search best practices across campaigns.
• Optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Maintain good account health and address performance issues.
• Create client reports and insights via dashboards and monthly extracts.
• Collaborate with other offices to deploy cross-market strategies.
• Lead client communications via email and meetings.
