Job summary

Octopus Group in London seeks a talented Digital Account Manager/Senior Account Manager with a strong marketing and communications background. You will plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across PPC, SEO/SEM and paid social for diverse B2B clients.

You will lead campaign development, reporting and client liaison, while mentoring team members and driving budgets and performance improvements. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience agency-side within a digital role.
• Strong knowledge of PPC/SEO/SEM planning, bidding, budgeting and reporting.
• Comfort with content management systems and basic web page editing.
• Experience with Google advertising products and paid social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across PPC, display, paid social, video and mobile for B2B clients.
• Oversee and assist with project management of digital accounts and day‑to‑day deliverables.
• Monitor campaigns, analyse results and test new strategies to optimise performance.
• Liaise with clients to ensure campaigns are understood, planned and executed.
• Prepare client-friendly progress reports and present at regular meetings.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to optimise activity and budgets.
• Prepare detailed proposals and forecast performance; manage budgets.
• Identify opportunities to innovate via new technologies and tools.
• Ensure quality control before presenting work to clients.
