Job summary

Connective3 is seeking an Organic Search Strategist to shape our clients' SEO and GEO strategies from day one. You will lead on-site migrations and complex technical SEO audits, working with client teams to hit performance targets.

You will also drive regular communication with the account team to demonstrate how SEO efforts contribute to overall search performance and client success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site migrations and audits.
• Experience with international SEO, hreflang, and global sites.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the SEO account teams and explain performance and strategy.
• Own technical SEO for clients, run regular audits and manage site migrations.
• Lead local SEO strategies for Google, Apple Maps, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with content, GEO, and PR teams to execute SEO plans.
• Present SEO insights to the wider team and inform quarterly reviews.
• Create 3, 6, and 12-month SEO roadmaps and track progress.
