Job summary

Portraits of Recovery (PORe) is seeking an Operations and Finance Manager to lead day-to-day operations and financial oversight within a small, ambitious arts charity in Manchester. You will work closely with the Founding Director and CEO to translate ambitions into practical action, shaping systems, budgets and governance to enable growth and delivery of our mission.

• Experience leading in a small to mid-sized charity or social enterprise.
• Strong track record in financial oversight, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to build structure, systems and governance in a growing organisation.
