Qualifications

• Seasoned senior operations leader with a background in construction, industrial services, property services or facilities management.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and driving performance.
• Experience managing sizeable P&L and delivering sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all operational activities across the business.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage and improve P&L performance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Enhance processes and governance to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Ensure best practice in health, safety, quality and compliance.
