Job summary

Blackfinch Group is seeking a Senior Operations and Change Manager to lead the Operations function and support the Change Management framework across Evolution, Hatchery and Data & AI Transformation programmes. You will drive operational excellence, resilience and automation initiatives to improve service for advisers and end investors.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and developing operational and/or change teams in financial services.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams with clear accountability.
• Experience with investment platforms and platform operating models.
• Experience using KPIs, SLAs and MI to drive performance and improvements.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Client Excellence and Investment Operations teams.
• Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Support the Operations Director in owning and improving Change Management framework.
• Ensure operations can scale while maintaining control and managing risk.
• Act as central link between stakeholders, programme teams, Data and Engineering.
