Job summary

MOBOLISE is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to support the running of AdPower. You’ll work with the Head of Business Operations on data analysis, deep-dives, and project management to drive growth in a fast-growing media business.

You'll consolidate data, build dashboards, and deliver insights for leadership, partnering with Finance and other functions. A business-related degree and 3+ years in analytics or strategy are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and BI tooling skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA welcome.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data and reporting for AdPower into a single view.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Prepare data briefs for strategic projects and present results to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain action logs.
