You will scrutinise performance, financial sustainability, workforce strategy, quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring governance remains robust and aligned with the organisation's mission and stakeholder interests.

• Stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and review of the organisation’s strategy.
• Challenge and support the Chief Officers in setting objectives and delivering long-term value.
• Monitor organisational performance against the agreed business plan deliverables and KPIs.
• Ensure robust financial controls and risk management systems are in place and effective.
• Attend board and committee meetings and visit services to engage with stakeholders.
