Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years' PQE within non-contentious construction, with focus on real estate development.
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Strong document management capabilities and ability to draft clear, legally effective documents reflecting client instructions.
• Diary and task management across multiple matters in a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pitching for work and help manage client relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to diverse high‑calibre clients on projects, procurement strategies, and dispute avoidance/resolution.
• Draft and negotiate construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke).
• Handle own matters with supervision and back up partners on complex matters.
• Opportunity to play a significant role for key clients and the Group.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managing Associates on client matters across sectors.
