Job summary

Barclays seeks an experienced Network Product Owner to define, drive and optimise the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise network services in London. You will combine product leadership with deep networking expertise to ensure secure, resilient and scalable network capabilities aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy for enterprise networks.
• Proven ability to define backlogs and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery in large environments.
• Ability to balance cost, risk, and business value in decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product alignment with business goals and strategy.
• Communicate vision to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Prioritise product backlog based on value and risk.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to improve experience.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Monitor product performance and iterate roadmaps.
• Oversee readiness and run activities of live products.
• Manage risk and control considerations within product scope.
