Job summary

Virgin Atlantic Airways is recruiting an Analyst in Network & Alliances Development to turn complex network and commercial data into insights, tools and reporting that drive decisions across routes and partnerships.

You will work with teams across Data & AI, Revenue Management, Sales and Holidays to automate processes, improve reporting and tell clear commercial stories to colleagues. Experience with Power BI and data tools is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to handle complex datasets.
• A logical, structured approach to problem solving and reporting.
• Experience producing reporting, analysis or data visualisations to explain performance.
• Ability to explain findings clearly to colleagues without an analytical background.

Responsibilities

• Build and produce regular reporting on network revenue generation, route profitability, connectivity, market performance and airline partnership performance.
• Maintain and improve analytical tools used across Network & Alliances, ensuring outputs are accurate and usable.
• Translate commercial questions into practical reporting, insight or tool improvements.
• Collaborate with Data & AI to access data, resolve quality issues and ensure consistent definitions.
• Create clear visualisations to make complex information understandable and actionable.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data flows.
