Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of a large-scale contract over a 6-month period. You will own the mobilisation project plan and coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech and Finance.

This hands-on role requires driving timelines, handling RAID, and delivering results under tight deadlines with senior leadership reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Proven track record mobilising large-scale contracts or programmes.
• Strong RAID management, planning and dependency mapping.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobilisation project plan.
