TEKsystems is seeking a Solution Architect in Glasgow to lead architecture for a major migration and transformation programme, ensuring in-house delivery of services. You will define migration strategies, create target-state architectures, and produce High Level Designs across multiple workstreams.

The role requires independent work, rapid value addition, and navigation of demanding timescales and contractual milestones within regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering complex solutions in large organisations.
• Experience producing High Level Designs (HLDs) for end-to-end architectures.
• Hands-on support for organisational migration programmes across multi-service transitions.
• Background in enterprise transformation and large-scale change.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate architectural options.

Aufgaben

• Produce clear High Level Designs to support service migration and target-state architecture definition.
• Define migration approaches and target-state solutions for operational and technology services.
• Identify risks, dependencies and sequencing across workstreams.
• Provide architectural leadership for business-critical service migrations.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and engineers to ensure coherent designs.
• Engage senior stakeholders to communicate options and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus on strategies.
• Provide ongoing architectural guidance to support migration planning and delivery.
• Operate independently and take ownership of deliverables within tight timelines.
• Apply governance to ensure regulatory, operational and strategic compliance.
