Job summary

Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific company, seeks a Manager, Medical Communications (eCOA) to lead scientific communications across Science, Marketing, Sales, Product and Executive Leadership. Translate complex clinical research and eCOA data into impactful narratives and publications.

You will partner with marketing and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging, coordinate thought leadership content, and support publication strategies that advance patient-centered trial solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2–5 years in pharma/biotech or life sciences environments.
• Experience in eCOA, COA, or patient-centered research preferred.
• Proven track record developing scientific publications and presentations.
• Strong scientific writing with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate to scientific and executive audiences.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of scientific communication strategies for eCOA.
• Create, edit, review, and manage scientific publications and collateral.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical Science, and leadership teams.
• Serve as liaison between eCOA Science and internal stakeholders.
• Develop thought leadership content showcasing eCOA expertise.
• Support publication strategies and external communications.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and narratives.
• Present findings to senior leadership and drive market visibility.
