Job summary

CSL Vifor in Maidenhead is seeking a Medical Expert to contribute to regional strategic product planning and to lead scientific interactions with the medical community, including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.

You will support medical affairs operations, coordinate Investigator Initiated Research proposals, and act as a medical consultant to enable collaboration with commercial, marketing and sales teams. Leadership of Medical Science Liaisons will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in pharmacy/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD) or advanced life science degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as medical expert and contribute to regional strategic product planning.
• Implement strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.
• Support medical affairs operations on logistical planning and project implementation.
• Coordinate the review of Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) study proposals.
• Act as medical consultant and support commercial, marketing and sales organizations.
• Lead Medical Science Liaisons and develop strategy for medical information exchange with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.

Education
