Job summary

FFP International Search is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover the UK on a field-based basis with national travel. You will act as the scientific expert, building trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals, while collaborating with Commercial, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams to drive scientific exchange and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or in a comparable Medical Affairs/scientific role.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or another relevant scientific discipline.
• Strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare environment.
• Proven experience working closely with Commercial/Sales teams while maintaining scientific integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with KOLs, clinicians, researchers and healthcare professionals across the UK.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange and medical education on products, pipeline assets and therapeutic areas.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, educational meetings and scientific events.
• Gather valuable medical insights and market intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Work collaboratively with Commercial, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Scientific teams to support product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Provide compliant scientific support to commercial colleagues in line with the ABPI Code.
• Present complex clinical data confidently to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
• Support clinical trial awareness and scientific communication activities.
