Jupiter is seeking an experienced Media Relations Manager to join its Corporate Affairs team in London. You will deputise for the Head of Media Relations, lead media plans, and manage the UK PR agency to support Jupiter’s strategic priorities.

The role requires strong journalist relationships, outstanding written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of media relations experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute media plans aligned with business priorities.
• Experience managing reactive media enquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Established relationships with journalists and editors across traditional and digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences and channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Deputise for Head of Media relations as required.
• Develop and lead media plans to support Jupiter’s priorities and capabilities.
• Lead day-to-day management of UK PR agency.
• Advise senior stakeholders on sensitive and reputational issues.
• Maintain and develop close relationships with journalists and editors.
• Assist with management of international PR agency network.
• Develop and organise media events programme.
• Assist with wider Corporate Affairs issues and projects.
