2i Recruit Ltd client in Reading seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow the marketing function. You will drive brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth through strategic, hands-on campaigns across multiple channels.

You will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, manage budgets and external partners, and mentor junior team members while delivering measurable results through digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading a small marketing team.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including social media, email, and web.
• Excellent copywriting and communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise ROI.
