Wolviston Management Services is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join the marketing team on a maternity cover contract. The role combines content creation, internal and external communications, social media, PR, and events to strengthen the brand and culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media and digital content.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• A creative approach to storytelling and employee engagement.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external communication plans aligned with objectives and culture.
• Create engaging content across social media, websites, newsletters, digital screens, and materials.
• Identify and promote success stories, case studies and projects.
• Plan and deliver internal campaigns on wellbeing, safety and engagement.
• Manage digital channels and ensure brand-consistent content.
• Develop social media content plans to increase brand awareness.
• Support PR activity, press releases and media opportunities.
• Promote CSR, volunteering and community initiatives.
• Support events, exhibitions and stakeholder engagement activities.
