Job summary

Leapfrog Limited is seeking an Assistant Marketing & Business Development Manager to strengthen client and intermediary relationships through listening programmes, surveys and targeted campaigns. You will coordinate activities, analyze feedback and support events and account-based marketing.

You will manage multiple workstreams, maintain CRM data, and contribute to management reporting while collaborating with commercial and client-facing colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development or client engagement within professional services or relationship-led environments.
• Ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to distill themes from feedback and data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and intermediary surveys and listening activities.
