Job summary

Veolia in Hampshire is seeking a fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant to lead financial reporting and control across the region. You will work with operational management to deliver accurate monthly management accounts and drive forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Financial Controller, ensure audit readiness, and monitor capital expenditure and KPI performance within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
Experience in financial reporting and business partnering.
Strong numerical and analytic capability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting and control for the Hampshire region.
Collaborate with operations to deliver accurate management accounts.
Prepare forecasts, budgets and long-term plans with senior leaders.
Own balance sheet reconciliations and audit certifications.
Manage capital expenditure reporting and KPI analyses.
Support contract performance and adapt to changes in service.
