Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Confidence in explaining financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain strong financial controls.
• Liaise with department heads to provide financial insight and support cost management.
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of new financial systems or tools.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
