Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a proactive Management Accountant for a fixed-term contract in Suffolk until April. You will join the finance team, delivering monthly management accounts, partnering with senior leaders and providing meaningful financial insight to influence commercial decisions.

This role combines core reporting with commercial partnering, offering opportunities to improve processes and systems while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or be Qualified by Experience.
• Proven management accounts experience.
• Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience with finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and supporting analysis.
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning.
• Develop KPI reporting and provide commercial insight.
• Partner with operational teams to improve business performance.
• Identify and implement process and systems improvements.
• Assist with year-end audit requirements and compliance activities.
