K3 Deal Advisory in Manchester seeks a Manager, M&A / Corporate Finance to lead advisory engagements for owners and boards, focusing on M&A and growth funding.

You will model financials, value businesses, draft information memoranda and client presentations, attend meetings with clients and funders, and support transaction project management. A strong accounting qualification and deal experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent corporate finance qualification (e.g. CISI, ICAEW CF, CFA).
• Experience in audit/accounts and/or corporate finance lead advisory work.
• Strong financial modelling skills; ability to create compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modelling and business valuations.
• Draft information memoranda and client presentations for meetings with clients, advisors and funders.
• Attend meetings with clients and other advisors; support transaction project management.
