Job summary

K3 Deal Advisory, operating within the K3 and Quantuma network, is seeking a M&A / Corporate Finance Manager for the Manchester team. You will lead financial modelling, valuations and document drafting for M&A transactions, working closely with clients, advisors and funders to drive successful exits.

The role offers exposure to lead advisory work across a range of industries, with direct access to senior decision makers and a focus on growth, investment and strategic exits.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant or equivalent corporate finance qualification (eg CISI, ICAEW CF, CFA).
• Background in large Accountancy Practice, boutique Corporate Finance Practice or Investment Bank.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to create compelling client presentations (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modelling and business valuations for transactions.
• Draft key documents including information memoranda (IMs) and client presentations.
• Attend meetings with clients, other advisors and funders; support project management of transactions.
