We're hiring an M&A / Corporate Development Analyst to join UFORCE's Corporate Development team in London, providing junior-level support across deal sourcing, sector mapping and investor materials.

Qualifications

• Financial modelling: comps, basic DCF, sensitivity analysis.
• Prior M&A, VC, or corporate development exposure.
• Experience coordinating a data room or multi-party workstream.
• Independent research and sourcing: identify real companies, landscape, opportunities.
• Strong ownership and organization: track in-flight work, proactive follow-up, flag blockers.
• Cross-department coordination: align legal, finance, technical stakeholders.
• Direct, plain communication: clear writing and conclusions, not hedged.
• Genuine interest in the company's mission, not just the role.
• Around 1 year into your career: junior but capable of executing without handholding.

Responsibilities

• Own sector mapping: research, company profiles, sourcing for deal flow.
• Surface and assess M&A targets and manage pipeline board and tracker.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships across due diligence and introductions.
• Own the action log and cross-department follow-up for daily operations.
• Support board deck preparation, investor materials, and quarterly reporting.
