Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Fareham is seeking an experienced Long Range Resource Planner to own longer-term production requirements, balancing supply, capacity and materials across ERP/MRP systems. You will work with Production, Purchasing, Customer Services and Finance to align resources with customer demand and protect on-time delivery.

In this role you will challenge planning data, release works orders on time, review forward load, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvement

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in Production Planning or Resource Planning.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with capacity planning or APS concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
• Ability to challenge planning data and assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage long-range production and resource planning requirements.
• Balance supply and demand across materials, capacity and manufacturing resources.
• Review and resolve MRP action messages.
• Review MRP job creation recommendations and create works orders.
• Identify potential supply, capacity and resource constraints and elevate risks early.
• Manage the forward production load to support customer delivery requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule.
• Drive On Time to Release (OTR) performance through planning activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to resolve material availability issues.
• Review excess and obsolete inventory and identify actions to minimise stock impact.
