Service Care Solutions seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Transformation to lead a major SEND and Additional Needs & Disabilities transformation for a local authority. The role requires strategic leadership to drive outcomes for children, young people and families.

You will oversee a complex, multi-stakeholder programme with education, health and social care partners, ensuring governance, delivery, risks and financial performance are managed effectively.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Strong strategic leadership and programme management expertise.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Background in local government or public sector transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of the SEND transformation strategy and improvement plans.
• Drive sustainable service improvement and embed new ways of working.
• Build partnerships across local government, education, health and social care.
• Oversee governance, delivery plans, risks, dependencies and financial performance.
• Support effective commissioning, demand management and cost efficiencies.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive system-wide change and improved outcomes.
• Lead programme teams to deliver measurable results.
