Job summary

• Significant senior leadership experience within community health, social work, social care or integrated services.
• Experience of leading large-scale service transformation and organisational change.
• Experience of managing substantial budgets and delivering services within a complex financial environment.
• Track record of delivering improvement in statutory and regulated services while balancing quality, performance and financial sustainability.
• Excellent partnership-working skills with experience of working across organisational and professional boundaries.
• Ability to influence, inspire and lead through change, building strong relationships with staff, stakeholders and communities.
• Commitment to improving outcomes, reducing inequalities and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of integrated services.
• Lead delivery of key strategic priorities, ensuring services remain responsive, sustainable and focused on improving outcomes for local people.
