Qualifications

• Registered with GPhC.
• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Masters in Pharmacy (MPharm).
• MRCPharm.
• RPS Faculty Advanced-level practice against Core Advanced Curriculum.
• Independent prescriber.
• Leadership/Management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in medicines optimisation for Planned and Critical Care.
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff to ensure service delivery to agreed standards.
• Provide an advanced clinical service to patients across areas such as Surgery, Critical Care, Trauma, Theatre, MSK or parenteral nutrition.
• Participate in seven-day working and on-call rota as part of the Pharmacy Senior On Call team.
