Are you skilled at identifying and engaging senior decision-makers within the life sciences sector? Do you have the research, written communication and outreach skills needed to build a quality pipeline that drives commercial growth? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are a leading provider of imaging and core lab services for clinical trials, looking for a Strategic Prospecting Specialist to join our growing commercial team.

You will identify, engage and nurture high-value prospects, fuelling our business development pipeline. This role focuses on strategic outreach to C-level and senior decision-makers within pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs involved in clinical trials.

You will advance prospects through early stages of engagement until they are ready to transition to the business development team.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with three days per week in the office, offering a £30,000 basic salary plus up to £5,000 commission based on KPI achievement.

If you are ready to drive growth at the forefront of AI-enabled medical imaging, apply now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential client organisations and senior decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM tools, publications, and conference data.
  • Craft and deliver personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Build and maintain prospect relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
  • Qualify prospects using structured criteria before handover to the sales team.
  • Support pre-conference planning by identifying prospects and coordinating meetings.
  • Track and report on outreach activities, engagement levels, and conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, scientific, and operational teams to align messaging.
